The Administrative Committee considers items concerning finance, personnel, growth and development. This committee is composted of the Mayor and three (3) members of the Board of Alderman, (1) from each Ward. The Mayor shall only have a vote on the committee in the case of a tie. A quorum shall consist of three (3) of the four (4) members. On the first (1st) Tuesday of May each year, the committee shall elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman for each committee. The committee meets as needed. City Code Section 110.110
