Municipal Court
The Pacific Municipal Court is a division of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Franklin County. Court is held two-three times a month at 5:30 PM on Thursdays.

The Pacific Municipal Court has recently implemented the new statewide case management system, Show Me Courts. The court will be operating out of 2 different systems, so please be patient when needing assistance from the court, as it may take longer than normal to find your case. IF YOUR TICKET WAS ISSUED PRIOR TO MARCH 2021, your cases will be in our REJIS case management system. IF YOUR TICKET WAS ISSUED AFTER MARCH 2021, your cases will be in the Show Me Courts case management system.

Payment of Fines/Costs:
Some fines/costs may be payable without a court appearance. A list of those violations are included here:
If the violation you are charged with is not listed on the Traffic Violations Bureau Fine Schedule, an appearance in court is required. All tickets involving an accident require an appearance in court.
How to Pay:
You may pay in person at Court window located at City Hall, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30.

Paying a Recommendation:
When paying for a recommendation, the payment must be paid by the "Pay by Date" and must be signed by both the Defense Attorney and the Defendant.
***Please note that recommendations cannot be paid online.***
